We understand things happen and you may need to cancel an upcoming appointment, but to protect our stylists and your time we have created the following cancellation policy. Uniquely Yours Salon and Spa LLC; we charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be serviced and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment as it pushes your service provider behind for the rest of their day. By booking your appointment you are stating that you have read and agree to the policy above.
